In September 2026, Østfold University of Applied Sciences will launch a new English-speaking program in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (10 ECTS). Applications are now open from Norwegian universities and university colleges (upon agreement). The program is offered as a one-year part time study with a combination of physical and digital meetings. We plan to give the program every two years, starting in autumn 2026.
